Therapy Options for You

Beginning therapy can be a difficult and vulnerable process, and sometimes can feel more challenging than enduring our original wounds. To share your life and sufferings with another human is a sacred ask and I encourage you to listen to your intuition as you determine what you require. In our initial consultation, I encourage you to ask all questions you have. My job is to provide you the safe space you require.

Individual Therapy

Each session is one-on-one, centered around you and your needs. My work is centered on the belief that everything in the past is linked to the present moment. Pulling from Buddhist psychology and trauma-informed somatic experiencing, I work with each individual to heal trauma in the here and now so that energy can be naturally re-directed to the most important things in your life.

Couples (and more) Therapy

I offer couples (plus trios and more) counseling to relationships seeking to move through conflict and increase intimacy. My role is to facilitate communication, get you out of ruts and help shine light on old relational patterns that once served a purpose, but maybe don’t anymore.

Child and Teen Therapy

I believe providing children the support they need to heal trauma can be one of the most loving things we can do. In close collaboration with the caregivers in the child’s life, I utilize play therapy based on the work of Eliana Gil to help process trauma, build secure attachment and heal. My goal is to get the child back on the path towards their own healthy development.
